Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee
March 19, 2024 – 4:00pm Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 4:15 pm
Members present: Stephanie Coonce, Clay Held
Others present: Bobbi Perryman
The minutes from the February 28, 2024 meeting were approved as written.
The committee approved the draft general survey. It will go out for a minimum of four weeks. The committee reviewed the list of stake holders to reach out to for specialized surveys and do focus groups based on information from surveys. 
The committee will reconvene after the general survey period has ended.
