Request for Qualified Bidders: Library HVAC System Renovation
Vespasian Warner Public Library District in Clinton, IL is issuing this notice to bidders for Vespasian Warner Public Library HVAC Renovations. Project consists of replacement of HVAC systems, and associated required electrical and general construction, and the preparation of design and permit documents based on the design criteria documents.

A prebid conference for all bidders will be held at VWPLD on January 16 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders are required to attend. VWPLD will receive sealed lump sum bids from qualified bidders until January 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. VWPLD will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
